Born and raised in White Rock and Crescent Beach, Kristi has lived in BC almost her entire life… and loves it! After spending 8 years at UBC earning two science majors in Meteorology and Physical Geography, she took the opportunity to work across Canada spending a few years away, in Toronto and Edmonton. Kristi has worked for almost every other network in Canada but couldn’t be happier to be home and part of the Global family, especially the Saturday and Sunday Morning News team. “Working on the Saturday and Sunday Morning News with Sophie Lui and Jay Janower is a dream. We have tons of fun. It makes waking up at 4am on Saturday morning worth it!”
The Saturday Morning Show can be seen from 7am to 10am every weekend, while the Sunday Morning News runs from 8am to 10am. Kristi can also be seen Saturday and Sunday on the Noon News Hour at 12pm, News Hour at 6pm and News Final at 11pm. You might even catch her filling in for Mark or Wayne Monday through Friday.
